Industrial Manufacturing Project

NGP demonstrated its industrial construction prowess with this expansive manufacturing project in Augusta Grove, South Carolina. Our team efficiently prepared the 82-acre site, executing a massive 735,000 cubic yard excavation and installing a comprehensive utility infrastructure. The project showcased our expertise in stormwater management, with the installation of 3,200 linear feet of various-sized HDPE storm sewer pipes and 36 storm structures, as well as our proficiency in water supply systems, including nearly 5,000 linear feet of fire and domestic water lines on-site and a 3,950-foot public water main extension.
