In just six months, our team efficiently cleared and prepared 120 acres, executed a massive 800,000 cubic yard excavation, and installed extensive utility systems including 9,200 linear feet of storm drainage and 6,400 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipes. The project's complexity was further showcased through the installation of 5,000 square feet of soil nail retaining walls and the placement of 41,000 tons of aggregate for pads and roadways.
